It is important to us to offer you what is technically feasible and economically viable, and not to “pull the wool over your eyes”. You can measure us by our competence and commitment.

Goal: Mastering the common process chain

Our project engineers consistently support and assist our customers right from the start. It all starts with a joint analysis of the task at hand. Details such as component geometries, design requirements, environmental conditions and material properties are jointly developed and defined as part of the design planning process. This enables us to optimize the component during the design phase, improve functionalities, and reduce production costs. Another of REBOPLASTIC's core competencies is the preparation of series production. Molds and tools are developed in-house and manufactured by selected partners who have proven their expertise in many projects.

Thermoforming machines with sizes of up to 2700 x 1700 x 800 produce plastic articles at the highest level. We have also been able to continuously expand our expertise in further processing. Six 5-axis milling machines trim the articles even with the most difficult geometries.

A large proportion of these articles are assembled into modules. We can advise you on whether gluing, welding, riveting, or screwing is the right method. Joining with your built-in and add-on parts allows you to standardize your portfolio. Our well-thought-out design and production through to assembly enables you to achieve functional integration and multifunctionality.

Our plastic parts are used in a wide range of applications with different requirements. Whether as visible cladding or as a component in a logistics application, whether subject to high mechanical loads or color fastness over many years, we ensure the right choice of material. The interaction of material, geometry, and our know-how ensures unrestricted use over the expected service life. We have set up a comprehensive quality management system to meet this requirement. From incoming goods through production to dispatch, we monitor the items and document the recorded values.
