Protective covers
Our protective covers are used as assembly protection. The high accuracy of fit ensures optimum paint protection. Both the dimensional stability and the high impact resistance of the plastics we use guarantee a high circulation frequency for reusable covers.
Disposable covers made of thin-walled material ensure comprehensive protection during assembly and transfer. They are easy to position and can be removed without leaving any residue or reworking.
REBOträger - hollow chamber system for special applications

Our REBOträger is an individually usable reusable transport system for high loads. Our REBO carrier system is made from specially developed hollow chamber profiles and is characterized by its low dead weight.

Intermediate layers
The intermediate layer is usually stacked on top of the product itself. Our layer pad guarantees optimum packing density by utilizing the entire surface.
Characteristics:
- Positive fit of the parts
- Layer pads suitable for all transport systems, including Euro pallets, pallet cages, stanchion frames, etc.
- Volume reduction for empty transport
- Fully automatic handling possible
- Stacking over the parts: suitable for insensitive parts
- But also: stacking via the intermediate layer - the parts are not loaded; rotational stacking is necessary, i.e. the intermediate layers are rotated by 180°.
System solutions
We develop a customized transport system for your heavy and bulky parts. Our system solution considers the optimum packing density, the best possible use of the truck loading volume, and the conditions at our customers' workplaces.
