Thermoforming
Our thermoforming process is used to shape thermoplastics. The terms “thermoforming”, “deep drawing” or “vacuum deep drawing” are common synonyms.

Economically positive for small and medium production quantities
Although the classic area of application is in packaging production, the flexible process is increasingly being used in industrial applications. A major advantage compared to the injection molding process is the significantly lower tool costs. This has a particularly positive economic effect for small and medium production quantities.
Examples of thermoformed parts include hoods and cladding of all kinds for mechanical and plant engineering, agricultural and construction machinery, industrial trucks and commercial vehicles. Furthermore, mudguards are manufactured, fittings and much more. The combination of shape, color and function in particular means that our customers' industrial designers are increasingly turning to this process.
